Pastel Sixteen began with a simple problem and a stubborn idea.

Our co-founder Rachel was on the hunt for a pair of sky-blue loafers. Nothing fancy, just the right shoe in the right colour. But no matter where she looked, she couldn't find them.

That small frustration turned into a much bigger question: why should choosing a beautiful, well-made shoe mean settling for the same handful of colours everyone else is wearing?

That question became Pastel Sixteen.

For us, Pastel sixteen is about choice. It's about stepping away from the crowd and expressing your individuality through colour.

We wanted to celebrate the uniqueness and diversity that make fashion exciting, so we built a collection of sixteen distinct shades, each one named after a fashion city that inspired it.

The cities bring the colours to life, and the colours bring our shoes to life.
